This policy explains what information Space Coast Ink ("we," "us") collects through spacecoastink.com, our booking form, phone calls, and text messages, and how we use it. Space Coast Ink is a tattoo and piercing studio at 228 Cheney Hwy, Titusville, FL 32780.
What we collect
- What you give us on the booking form: first name, phone number, email (optional), whether you want a tattoo or piercing, your preferred artist and day, your idea, size, and placement, and any reference photos you upload.
- Calls and texts: your phone number, the messages you send us, and call details. Calls to the shop may be recorded. You'll hear a notice at the start of the call.
- Technical details: when you submit the form, our booking system records your IP address, time zone, the page you submitted from, and the time of submission. Our website host and form provider may also use basic cookies or logs to keep the site and form working and secure.
How we use it
- To respond to your request, schedule your appointment, and talk with you about your tattoo or piercing.
- To send appointment confirmations, reminders, and aftercare follow-ups.
- To send specials and promotions, but only if you checked the box agreeing to marketing messages.
- To keep records of appointments and consent forms as required for our business.
- To understand how people find us, such as which ads lead to bookings.
Text messaging
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.
If you agree to receive texts, message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help. You can also call us at (321) 577-3747.
Who we share it with
We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that help us run the shop, and only so they can do that work for us:
- Our booking, phone, and messaging system (HighLevel / LeadConnector), which stores form submissions, calls, and texts.
- Our website host (Netlify).
- Advertising and analytics tools such as Google, to measure which ads bring in customers.
We may also share information if the law requires it.
Your reference photos
Photos you upload with the booking form are stored privately in our booking system. Only our staff can see them, and we use them only to plan your tattoo or piercing.
How long we keep it
We keep your information as long as we need it to serve you and to meet our record-keeping obligations. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, unless we're required to keep it.
Your choices
- Stop texts by replying STOP.
- Ask us what information we have about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by calling or texting (321) 577-3747 or visiting the shop.
Children
Our website isn't meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information online. Anyone under 18 needs a parent or legal guardian present with the required Florida Department of Health paperwork to get tattooed or pierced.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
